June 2025 Desktop Screenshots

June, and almost half the year is gone. Where does it go?

Anyhow, I sort of let the cat out of the cellophane bag a few days ago...my desktop is pretty similar to what it was, just a bit simpler.

Great screenshot once again Chuck! I hate this hot weather. It's  92 here with a heat index of 100.
We're the same here in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. It's going up to 36 C today, with a heat index of 49 C; which is 120 on the old Fahrenheit scale. No thanks! Stay cool, everyone. :snowman: :snowman: :snowman:

Well, today I would gladly trade you temperatures. 18 sounds just about right to me today! What's it going to overnight, in "The North"?^_^

I have been using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 for a few days and it runs a little faster without all the bloatware.
This is a screenshot after the new install, a bonus is that I can use Windows 10 with security updates until 2032.

As Its Summer, Night Temps will be around 11 were i live. We do get heatwaves just like anyone else, last week was 28, but that is far from normal, nothing is guaranteed though. Even Our Summer Sports Like Wimbledon Paid Millions For A Retractable Roof as it can rain heavily In June and July.

Agreed JuniorCrooks . Many Users are realizing and installing It. I have been running Win 10 Enterprise Iot LTSC myself to prolong the support for Win 10 so i can test out Themes, been using it for a while now alongside Win 11 Enterprise 24H2. Less updates to worry about too.

I was aware of that Doc. That is one of the reasons why I went with IoT Enterprise edition, also, IoT Enterprise is better than my previous Windows 10 Pro in that it comes with less MS crap that I never used, also, when you use ChrisTitusTech's Windows Utility to strip it even further of all the junk, it makes for a decent OS.

JuniorCrooks and naroon1, found this for you (below)...but you might not want it.

Luckily there's 0Patch.

Hi Doc hope you are well.

Yes i was aware of that too, hence why i chose the Win 10 Iot LTSC, what you posted is for peeps who use other editions of Win 10 (Pro, Home, Enterprise etc..). Less updates to mess with things, and supported until 2032. Once i set it up to my personal way of using an OS, Its plain sailing, no need for O Patch, although O Patch will be a good solution to less Techy Users who do not want to install and get used to the Iot LTSC editions.

Me too. The guy had a real talent for it and a very unique style. Perhaps if he'd been allowed to keep his master skins available here, it would have been a different story.B)

Stardock stopped the Master Skin program because the costs of an outside service made it untenable. Stardock could not offer him conditions which were not offered to other Masters. That's an unfair business practice.

Gotcha. But I do miss having him and Vampothika around, as well as all the other talented artists that once graced this place.
