KVM works but not seamless connection

I recently bought a new computer and switched it to my main.  Since installing Multiplicity the icon says Multiplicity (disconnected) and is greyed out.  I can still use KVM to my secondary but I can't use Seamless.

Correction I can open the secondary window with KVM but I can do anything because the mouse will not work on it.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details, please.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number on all system. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.
  3. When you said mouse not work, please elaborate more, mouse pointer show up but not moving or No pointer at all. etc.
