Renewed OD in March, but app still shows I'm expired

My annual renewal for OD was charged automatically in March of this year. I can log in to my account and see the payment invoice, showing that I'm covered until March 2026. However, the OD app continues to indicate that I need to renew my OD license, saying that it's expired. Any thoughts on how to correct this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Look like you're having account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

As instructed, I filed a ticket with Support. They successfully resolved the issue, and the OD app now shows that my subscription is current.
