Two planets using one shipyard

Playing as the Terran Alliance. Two planets are both using the same shipyard, though it seems the one named Tombaugh III is the one being used for production value. Tombaugh I is not being used.

Reproduce by loading the save game.

Hey, thanks for the bug report! That issue in v2.95 has been shared with the community manager in the past. I haven't seen any reports yet for v2.96 insider; please let us know if you see that again in the later version of the game.
