Customize beep sound from broadcast key and add overlay

Hi,

I'd like to customize the beep that comes from the broadcast keep. I've determined it's the Windows Beep service that makes this work. If I disable it, no sound plays.

Two things:

1) Add notification on PCs receiving the broadcast that they are receiving a broadcast (like the primary PC shows when you're controlling another PC).

2) Allow to customize the sound played through the Sound control panel. I see there's other sounds available there that you can customize for Multiplicity, but not the broadcast sound.
