I also have been getting this problem and have switched off WinFX for the time being (until it is fixed)

I haven't used any explorer windows yet, so guess I should stay away from them. However one minor bug(?) is that when I click to bring a tile up to full window, it doesn't give it focus. Often it is hiding. Perhaps that is where it would have been if I had been minimizing to taskbar. So I think WinFX just need to give focus to tiles that are brought back to full size.

Have that problem too.

Another thing that bugs me is the shadow under the taskbar... If you change through various apps and click the taskbar, the shadow disappear for a short period of time - like a blink. And the shadow is also defined by the window shadow, which I think is a major boo boo, cause it'll look weird with every shadow applied. Therefore I suggest a seperate shadow for the taskbar. Making it look just as perfect as the one provided by Yz.

Also have the minimize problem. Only way to get it back is to close the window with the right click and then reopen it.

Chime in too. My Explorer windows don't min-max properly either. Chime out now. >

The blinking shadow on the taskbar appears to be a DX issue.

If you don't use IconX then it doesn't happen.

Well I do use the IconX feature and can't live without it. So there is a compability issue that should be fixed.
