HELP FOR WINDOWBLINDS11

My customization is not work((

Hello,

I recently started using WindowBlinds 11 on Windows 11 to customize my system's appearance. However, I've encountered an issue when applying custom themes. When I open File Explorer, I can only interact with the "Home" tab, while all other tabs (such as "Music," "Documents," etc.) become unclickable.

This issue only occurs when I apply a custom theme through WindowBlinds. Without it, everything works fine.

I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Switching to different themes designed specifically for Windows 11

2) Ensuring that WindowBlinds 11 is updated to the latest version

3) Restarting my system after applying themes

4) Checking for conflicting software that might interfere with WindowBlinds

Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround for it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I had a very similar experience.

What fixed it: Have Windowblinds apply the default Microsoft theme. Uninstall Windowblinds. Reboot. Get the beta version of Windowblinds. Install it. Reboot.

Those steps fixed it on my machine. I was able to apply any skin and access to my folders worked.

The beta is now a release build.  So you need WB 11.04.

Same problem here. The latest Windows update (2025-01 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5050092)) appears to be the culprit somehow conflicting with the Windows Explorer navigation environment. I rolled it back and Windows Blinds started working again.

Until the programmers get to this bug I will leave Windows Blind off my list of Object Desktop installed apps. :-(

This was already fixed as noted in this thread.

You just need to install 11.04 which is a release build as of last Friday.
