[Start11] Original Start Menu Icon bleed-through on second screen

I am currently trialling the free trial of Start11 and have found it to be good and feature rich. However, I am having an issue with the start icon on the second screen where the old icon bleeds through past the custom icon. The main screen does not have this issue. Screenshot from second monitor below:

This issue persists even if I force restart explorer.

I am running Windows 11 24H2 (OS Build 26100.2894). Start11 version 2.5.

Thank you for looking into this for me.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), Redownload the trial. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Here is a link to the current beta:

https://cdn.stardock.us/downloads/public/software/start/v2/Start11_2.5.1.2-j199-Setup.exe

Install it, reboot (<-important), and see if you can reproduce it.

Thanks for the time and future feedback.

@sdrohan: I installed the beta (so now running 2.51), restarted and I still have the same issue. I will try exporting my settings, uninstalling completely, restarting and reinstalling as per @basj's suggestion as well in case that also helps. I promise I will reboot

I have uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and restarted and unfortunately am still seeing the issue, still just on the second screen:

Hi Neil. The secondary monitor (where the issue occurs) is at 100% scale, whereas the main display is 125%.

It is potentially possible.

We will setup a similar configuration and run some tests next week.

Howdy folks. My trial of Stardock is ending in 9 days so just wondered if there had been any update on the issue I have been having. I would like to continue using the software if I can but it does not currently work for me.

We are hoping to do a beta update next week so anything we find on this issue will be included.

Jumping in here to say that I observe the same issue on my second monitor on 2.51. I haven't done extensive testing yet but I like the logic with screen scaling (100% vs 125%). Will have to see what occurs after a few reboots.
