I think that's an error related to the skin you have applied. Have you tried other skins to see if the same issue occurs?

I just tried 3 different skins and the same issue happens on all of them unfortunately :(

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more details please.

  1. Windows full version and OS build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Windowblinds full version numbers.
  3. The issue only while Firefox initiated the context menu? Not on other application?
  4. Is the issue also happen on Skins that come with Windowblinds such as Acrylic 7, Arsenic, Corporate etc? If it not happening on these skins. Please list names of the skins that this issue appear.
  5. Also list steps on how to recreate your issue if I want to reproduce your issue on my system using Firefox.

Thank you.

Im using Windows 10 version 22h2 os build 19045.5011

and im on WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

the issue is only when i open the file explorer on firefox to open a file, as for example the uploading of my avatar to this profile in settings

i used acrylic 7, luma, and a custom theme i downloaded as well and all of them had the issue

a way to recreate would be going to any google search on firefox and clicking the google lense icon and then upload image, the file explorer opened by that window will glitch

I have the same happening on my PC & laptop but haven't noticed when this started to happen because I rarely use that menu.

Windows 10 Home 22H2 19045.5073
WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS
The issue is only happening when using Firefox (not Google Chrome, Edge or Opera
The error is also there with default Windows theme applied and Windowblinds unloaded

Uninstalling Windowblinds however, makes the menu appear correct without issues.

To recreate the issue, go to any website and right click on any image and choose "Save image as". An explorer window opens and when you right click in that window to make a subfolder or access the other options, all you get is this:

The same thing happens if you right click in any folder when trying to upload an image like the OP describes above.

Hi all,

Thanks for the feedback.  I've also reproduced and can confirm the issue seems limited to Firefox.  I now have it logged.

Internal Ref:  ODNT-9061

The error is also there with default Windows theme applied and Windowblinds unloaded

To that I just want to note, that when I went back to the "Default theme" in WindowBlinds, and then signed out (or restarted), the issue seemed to go away without the need to uninstall the software.  There may be other workarounds for this issue, but I haven't been able to locate them at this time.
