Help find theme by screenshot

Hello.

In days of WindowBlinds 6 I was using this theme. I don't remeber its name. I tried searching for it today, but all I could find is this screenshot. Please help me find the name (or links) of this skin?

And may be if there are other versions of this skin under different names, please share.
