I like the topic, it sounds like he is trapped here. It doesn't really take much though to learn to use the programs, at least as far as applying skins. It would have made more sense for BrucesBeyach to just ask for help and try learning something. Then they wouldn't feel like a geek.
Oh well, some are willing to try, some just give up.
