Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Try download Skinstudio 11 again. Also make sure it is Skinstudio 11 not Skinstudio10. Uninstall Skinstudio 11, reboot, re-install Skinstudio 11 using the newly download installer. Reboot again. Retest and report back.
