Have you tried disabling 'Variable Refresh Rate'

I think if you like the game, there's no need to ask for a refund for a technical issue. The ideal would be to wait for an update that fixes the bugs, or wait for technical support to help you with the problem.

Hey, Thx.

I tried this but it doesn´t work for me.

I also try to set all my settings to the lowest. My random CTD appear like bevor. Every 10-25mins.

Is there a problem to recive a refund?

greetings

I follow the instructions but it doesn´t work.

Could i please get a refund?

If you purchased on Steam, only they can refund the purchase.

LORD901 - did Steam support say that? They only say that possibly if you're way past the 2 hour mark.

Also, can you maybe share DxDiag? See here for how to run and save DxDiag. For sharing the resulting DxDiag.txt file, you can use stuff like Google Drive, Proton Drive or even via OneDrive.

DxDiag has relative decent information on what exactly happened, and for those who have experience with it it's a somewhat decent way to tell what happened. It isn't the full set of data (that should be shared with Stardock's dev team via game's logging system) but for a quick reference it works.

After trying severel times to get a refund from steam i give up.

Yes i habe a bit more then 8h of gametime, i try my best to enjoy it but the CTD appear randomly.

No i have enough, steam doesn´t help me and the devs here can help me also.

I deinstall it and have to accept, that i wasted more than 40€
