Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, if you downloaded the purge files directly from Stardock, it should be fine since the purge is suppose to remove everything about Windowblinds from your system. So it will include the registry edit etc. However, for better answer, I have forward your question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience.

Thank you.

Hi

I have run the .bat file for uninstalling WindowBlinds on triage, which gave a 8/10  in regards of risk.  0da884ddad29cf36f90783a57b2587a8178b3a0f4ea2249f9b14b83e5ba62df9 | Triage

What's up with these shocking results?

Um, I wrote it a million years ago.  It's as harmless as I am ;)

The results aren't in the least shocking.

To remove software and registry keys you have to elevate privileges for the cleaner and stop processes interfering with/preventing that removal.

As for Sean being harmless? The jury's still out on that. ;)

.bat files have the potential/capacity to access and/or alter system files so will typically be flagged by security software as "potentially dangerous".

Stardock's batch files are specific to Stardock's software management and are entirely safe to use.  ;)
