Animation Doesn't Work

Hi, folks, I tried to create a new cursor with animation by using a program called, Real World Cursor Editor. I created a anim script, and saved it as a animated .png file, but when loaded into Cursor FX, the animation didn't work. I have AniUtil but the program is not exactly intuitive or easy to use. So I am stuck at the moment. When I looked over various posts on the CursorFX forum, there is a mention and a link DL for Animstrip, but when I tried to download it, the folder with it turned out to be empty!  I thought I was done with making new cursors but someone made a comment that Tachyon Transition, a wall, could be seen as a cursor, I thought I would try to make one again.
