Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, how you come to that conclusion? I just checked Iconpackager product page and it still show Windows 10/8/7 as system requirement.

I get "Access Denied" when try the link you posted. Might need to set it to public for other to view the picture.

Thank you, I tested on my system. And, I saw the same thing. I believe "unsupported" should not be there. It should be working without issue on Windows 10 system. You can go ahead and download the installer and install it.
