Love Abdi's concepts work...which unfortunately I haven't seen MS implementing.

His graphics work is genuinely outstanding...would that Windows really worked that way.

Yes,  it's very interesting how Microsoft's entire Windows development team with their multimillion dollar budget can't even compete with one individual designer's creativity.

I think it's more that they are not capable of follow-through from ideas to implementation. They seem to change the course of development and the leadership too often.
