When restarting some fences laying at the bottom of the desktop do not rollup correctly

Fences that roolup around their bottom border are restored at a wrong position (as if they would roolup around their top border)

Hi

I'm using Fences 5 and I setup some faces at the bottom of my desktop, fences being sticked to the taskbar (taskbar stay at the bottom of my screen). The layout is shown in the first screenshot.

When I log back, fences are restored at the wrong place. Instead of being sticked to the task bar, they lay over, as sticked  in the air (it seems the save procedure do not catch that the rollup is occuring in the bottom border instead of the top border -- as the fence is sticked to the taskbar by its bottom, the roolup is inverted, and this is lost after terminating the session). The second screenshot shows the fences restored state.

It's not a showstopper, however it is really annoying as I have to move slightly each fences for catching up the bottom roolup.

Thanks for the good job and great product !!

BTW I have a multi display setup with a 4K display in 4kx2k and an old HD display as a second monitor.

If you need some log files or anything else (MS logs/CPUZ) I can provide through pm.

Yes I saw it. Is it possible to test Fences beta 5.5 ?

5.5 & 5.5.1 seems to solve this issue however I cannot access the beta cause I have not anymore an Object Desktop member and I can't see no link on my download page ...

Thx

If you have purchased Fences 5 the Beta should also appear in your product page as mention in that link I posted above.

Obtaining Beta Releases

Stardock.com

If a beta was released, Object Desktop Members would see it in the ‘Object Desktop’ section.

Individual purchases would see it on their registration of the product under their download page.

Don't you have Fences 5.5 Beta download link in there?

I can reproduce this on my system.

If I move a couple of Fences from their original position and dock them at the bottom of the screen, after a restart they are back in their original position again. Both Fences have rollup turned on and Vanish is turned on.

Windows 11 Pro - 22635.3566; Fences - 5.0.5.4
