Does this happen with every logon you make?

It may be one of the errors you get when compiling the central and top and bottom bars where the item you are inserting is too big

yea everytime i make one, i have always put the picture i wanted to use at 800 width and 450 in the height its never been a problem before should i try and see if i need to use em smaller

I always look at another wall that uses the same approximate size as my desktop settings, and use that size as a guide. For example since my desktop is 1024X768, then I look for a wall that uses those approximate settings. I found that 1024x608 worked well with my top and bottom panels from other similar working skins.

One question is, how do the other walls look that you did not make? And, how about the othere logons that you made in the past. Do they still work?

I use that same version and I don't have a problem.

the ones i made before look good and they still work fine
and the ones ive tryed to make lately when i try and apply them all i get is that parser message

If it is a size issue i have found that Logon studio throws a "wobbly" and you get criss/cross patterns with the eror message and you cannot do anything more and it crashes...........let us know how you get on resizing the images

well you could just look in the uifile.txt in the logon folder and tell us what is on line 173.

You can get parser errors if you haven't skinned or defined all the bits. Make sure you have skinned all the parts.

That's a good point, pictoratus. Maybe he isn't using a default template anymore. You might also try to replace the wall with some of your working skins and try to apply a new wall that way. Does it work?

Also, maybe you should make a skin a different way. Get one of your working Logons and copy it in the logon directory. Then just rename the folder and open the theme.ini file and change the Logonname there too(Its at the bottom of the file). You should then be able to restart LogonStudio and the copied/renamed theme should be there. This is how I create a template to work from for a lot of my skins. Now, all you have to do is replace the pieces for a new theme.
