Trying to extend subscription, but will not recognise VISA card.

Hi!

I've been trying to extrend my OD subsription. Earlier years I've been paying with PayPal via FastSpring, your payment partner. They/you have now removed this option and only allow credit/debit cards.(Lock in?)

I live overseas in Norway, and I've tried several times but they can't process my VISA payment card.. Is there something you can do so I can continue subscribing?

Det skal ikke være noe problem å bruke VISA fra Norge. Den vanligste årsaken til at kort ikke blir godtatt er at ikke alle opplysningene er utfylt helt identisk som på kortet som for eksempel at mellomnavn er utelatt når man fyller ut kortopplysningene. Kan du prøve en gang til og sjekke at alt stemmer overens?

There should be no problem using VISA from Norway. The most common reason why cards are not accepted is that not all the information is filled in exactly as on the card, such as middle names being omitted when filling in the card information. Can you try again and check that everything matches?

Takk for svar! :-)

Tried again, but still can't make the purchase with my debit card. Get "We regret that your order could not be accepted"
