Start11 v2 is not working

Hello,

I purchased Start 11 v2 and installed it, but it is not working , After choosing the style I want, the Start menu does not change, and when I try to start the Start 11 I get a message that my windows version is not compatible. I have Windows 10 Pro.

I uninstalled it, and reinstalled my old Start 11.

Please help me fix this problem.
