Hello there!

I played this game in its current state for quite a white these days. I have to admit that i really liked it a lot!!!

All the dynamics are fantastic, battles are truly great.

The weakest point (maybe the only one) to me is the overall graphics. It looks very ''minimal acceptable'' for todays graphics standards. My question is:

 

will this game get a better graphics or at least some major tweaks?

of course i am not talking about engine change but some better effects, volumetric clouds, betetr dynamic lighting ecc.

Just a quick opinion (not trying to invalidate you) - I think the graphic is not minimal, but a bit more cartoonish. However, this game has 1000% the performance the previous one had (with a bit more serious or life like graphics) - so most likely accessibility might be a factor in this.

I do believe as the game gets further development time, the graphics will come together better. A lot of previous updates have included new and updated effects, new models, engine upgrades and various things to improve the overall look of the game.

However, I don't believe there is a high priority for flashiness for this game, I think the devs are looking to deliver a quality RTS/4X hybrid experience that runs stably on a brand new engine filled with all the little goodies that make modders happy. So in the future(some years from now probably), there will probably be a modder or group of them that go out of their way to release a graphics enhancement mod that makes the game a bit flashier.
