Reserve squadron hangar + heavy gaus slug problem

I have a problem with tec reserve squadron hangar item.

It is not appear when I click on an empty item spot on Sova.

On the other ships it say: Unit must be a carrier.

Similar issue with heavy gauss slugs item...

So I cant use them on any capital ship. Is this a bug or its some feature that is changing?

squadron and slugs have in common, that they are 'allowed' to be made in ships that cant use them. They show up in build menus, but menus say the ships cant use those.

That means, instead of NOT buildable, they are 'buildable' in ships that cant build those and those that have gauss guns ? They cant.

Similar with Vasari Bomber Armor Prototype item, it can not buildable on any of the capital ships or titan.
