Have a setting to delete recycle bin permanently

I am aware that there is an option to bypass sending deleted files to the recycle bin, but I would rather not utilize it as I may forget to re-enable if I do so. At present, deleting the recycle bin is sending the info to the recycle bin which is not very practical. Could someone please forward my request to the development team for a feature that allows for permanent deletion of the recycle bin when it is deleted without having to turn off the safety feature for the rest of the folders?
