Version 1-65 Interface changes

Now it is not comfortable to view the sector from a distance Now, when you scale the map, the icons of the ships do not increase as they used to, but become microscopic and unreadable, is this an interface improvement in your opinion? Could you make an optional interface as it was before version 1-65? After all, people not only with 100% vision play your game

Hello RiscoUK2!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the new UI. It is very helpful to hear the community on changes we are making. Since we are on topic of UI, how do you feel about color pallet used?

Thanks, the color palette suits me completely, it worries me that now when the map is scaled, the icons are reduced and become microscopic

I would support the icons being a little bigger- say about 10-20%.

Also - I would like to see the base tile after you get improvements on it.  Example - when I conquer a planet - I notice the AI tends to build over types of tiles with what ever they want.  Sometimes the only way to know what is underneath is to destroy the improvement and rebuild.  Need a better option than that.

One thing I don't like with the new UI is on the planet view screen the colored outlines around the different tile types on the planet have gone away. You can see the color outline if you put your cursor over the tile but not by default. It was better before when you could use the colored outlines(orange for industry, blue for research etc...) to get a visual feel for how you wanted to develop a planet at a glance. Note sure why this change was made. If the colors were thought to make things look too busy on that screen perhaps they could've just been subdued a bit instead of removed or hidden. There are icons on the tiles with bonuses but they are very small and they are all white. The color codes really did help.
