Rendering problems on Intel Iris Plus GPU

I was hoping to play Sins 2 on a laptop (MS Surface Pro) as I'm going away for a few weeks.

But it looks like this - >

Trinity runs fine, as do all other games that I've tested. Drivers, .net etc. are up to date.

Any idea of a workaround? Thanks

Integrated Intel graphics is not officially supported, and known to give this red screen. I don't think the devs said they intend to fix it (as it's a driver issue, and below minimum specs), but who knows. Still, I assume it's appreciated to let them know.

Ahh thanks. I just did some searching and found a few other posts about it.

It's a shame because every other modern game I have tried runs okay. So it must be something missing in their engine.

Missing might not be the right word, but there indeed seems to be a problem related to their specific engine. But on the other hand playing below minimum specs often won't work out well so it's nothing new in that sense.

We hope to ask Intel if it's possible to fix it in their driver.

Thank you for the reply, and great to hear it is on the radar. Intel don't seem to update their driver very often though. Hopefully you can work something out.
