'Upgrades' are already discounted thus that may be why it's not working (cant double discount an item)... However, we need to know the error.

Only standard version Window Blinds 11 have discounted, Upgrade version have normal price.

So upgrades from WB10 to WB11 still works? because main page have "WindowBlinds™ 11 Upgrade Bundle"
Yes, you should get discounted price if you own previous Windowblinds version.
