[Acoustic Bridge] Audio delay and random looses of connection

Hello.I'm sending the audio from my laptop to pc with acoustic bridge and sometimes i lose connection for like 4-5 seconds and all the time there is audio delay ( like 1.5secs ). I'm not connected through a router because my router has IP Isolation and I cannot disable it so I have a Ethernet USB adapter in my pc which is connected to the laptop with ethernet cable. Could that be the problem? The USB Ethernet Adapter speed be the problem? ( its 100/10 ).

The delay was caused by my browser ,it had some efficency mode enabled. I have only the random loose of connection now.
