Is there a starter or basic template skin for SkinStudio?

Does anyone know of a starter or basic template skin that I could use?

By default, SkinStudio uses the Diamond skin every time I create a new skin. I'm hoping there is something a little more barebones; e.g. specifically a theme skeleton/boilerplate.

Surely there must be something like this somewhere.

Most skinners start with the skin called Diamond. It comes with Windowblinds.

I have asked for a better "starter skin" for years. Diamond is fine I guess but it does have some issues. It comes with 2 extra substyles which you have to delete before starting and many other "left over" graphics from legacy OS's. Basically it's not very basic.

I have created a skin which is pretty bare bones which I use when starting a new skin and I actually uploaded it to the WC gallery: WindowBlinds - Luna 2020 (FREE DOWNLOAD) | WinCustomize.com

All you need to do is to download the skin, open it in skinstudio and save it with a new name and you're good to go.
