Fleets and Movement in orbiting planets mode and Flagships, and about saving my game

I have some hours in all versions of SaoSE 1 (don't ask me if it is  dozens or hundreds as i do not count them) and about 30h in SaoSE2. (not my fist beta and i'm hoping for possitive response)

As the bugs are not a problem and only one race  does not botter me at this stage of development, there is something that bugs me. Fleet management is all but non-existing. I wish there would be something as simple as "Create/Disband Fleet" with setting it to a pre-defined number to select from keyboard. Also adding an option to set a ship of anny class (just think of it, a Cobalt as a flagship!) to be a flaghip of that fleet. A fun and immersive possibility would be a creator of random names to every ship built by player, as it would carry a tradition of naming ships on Earth since ancient times. in know it would take some work and resources to work,  but hey! it is a SaoSE we are talking about.

Another thing is "fleet" movement in orbiting planets mode. As i send my ships from one cluster to another, the route does not change. When planets move, connections shifts and my ships just stick to the planned route, even when it make them 3-4 jumps more. Is it not possible to have the sent ships, not including tradeships, calculate the route? I think about more optiong  (like navi apps) that would let us choose between shortest/fastest and safest route. for example: shortest would take  my ships trought optimal number of time/jumps discarding danger of fighting enemy, pirates, militias and so on. In that case Safest would take my fleets as far from danger as posible while using owned, friendly and neutral planets.
Finaly about saving y game. i understand that delating all saved games is optimal as they would make problems after updates to newer version. But creating a list of existing saves would make my live eassier and gaming simplier. For now i have to remember what names i gave to my saved games to choose if i want to create a new one or if i want to overrite the one of the existing ones. There is a list of existing saved games in main menu so i hope to see them during gameplay. Just as much as having possibillity to play with graphic settings during the game.

I don't know if anyone would dig in to my topic, but i hope to some replys from people expiernced in SoaSE and hopefully the devs would stumble on my ideas for the game.

if you feel what i feel, May the guidance of the Stars be with You.

You mention specifically "I don't know if anyone would dig in to my topic, but i hope to some replys from people expiernced in SoaSE and hopefully the devs would stumble on my ideas for the game. ". This is already being done a bit in two different threads ;)

The best course of action is to come with complementary feedback on those threads, to see what's already being given as feedback and add onto that. Plus of course saying whether you agree with what has been said before or maybe disagree.

Hey, we do receive this kind of feedback from our playerbase, and technically it is on a to do list. To my knowledge, however, we want to focus on ther topics first, as those mechanics are more of a flavour thing, while the game needs content.

And thank you for your feedback! It is important for us, to hear about whishes of the playerbase :)

like creating specific subforrums for the topics that are spammed most? i think this would be usefull for devs in future

I really wanted to spot some bugs but it's getting hadr to do. like i don't know if there was planned to be set a ring indicating range of fire for every placed and builded defence platfor, like it was in SotSE1, or was it skipped for implementing in another time
