Hi,
I am having problems lately with Windows 11 Aero theme for Stardock Curtains. The top of the window border is very big and hiding some options in pictures app. However, every single one of my apps are being affected. I am running on Windows 10, with an Intel I3 processor and a Intel HD graphics 630.

If i go for example on the picture i just sent, and open with photos the edit images is blocked by the big window border
Please post screenshot with File explorer.exe on maximize and another one with not maximize. Also, is the issue happen on any Curtains theme? And, need to know your Monitor Windows scaling factors 100%,125%,200%?

100% scaling factor. Happens on any Windows 11 theme, like dark, dark aero, light, light aero. 
Well that look like the same size as mine and that is normal size.

Yes but i guess it is only in photos app because the top of it hides the options 
Than you might need to disable Curtains from Universal apps. It is known some Universal Windows applications no longer compatible with Curtains. To disable Universal Apps un-tick that box. Refer screenshot below.
