Start11 and Account issues

It seems like the stardock.com website is having huge issues. I finally was able to find the .net forum and logged in. I ordered start11 and was trying to see it on my account to view devices because I have a multi start11 not just one computer. I can't even login now. The site is acting weird. I don't know how to even email support about the issue. Should I just get a refund?

To see and download software you're entitled to, go here:

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

Click on Object Desktop Manager, then just below that to View Individual Downloads.

As for logging onto forums.stardock.net, I just logged on with no problems whatsoever. You might have run into a passing hiccup. Try again.

If you have additional problems, a Community Support assistant, or Support person will probably happen by to help.
