How to disable transparency effect for inactive windows?

In Skinstudio 11, I would like to disable the transparency effect for inactive windows.

(Yes, I know this can also be disabled via Windowblinds, but I want the skin to enforce this,
so I don't have to do this manually every time I load the skin).

I know it must be possible because it's happening in one of my other skins:

Hello,

From what I know, you can disable transparency by changing the frames graphics with your own frames graphics which have the inactivate part without transparency.
