is it possible to exchange my single license for a multi license? Obviously I'm aware id have to pay but is it possible?
Absolutely. A Community Support Assistant or a Support person will be along to expedite your request.

Forgive me for being dumb.... i don't see where i can change my single user for a multiple user license?

We do not have an “upgrade” from a single to the multi-pack. But we do offer additional singles at a discounted rate. These can be purchased using the green upgrade button on the product purchase pages
