In Game - AI Turn Frozen: Mimot Brotherhood

Details: During a turn for the AI, right after the Navigators is destroyed, the turn freezes on Mimot Brotherhood. No matter how long I wait, or if I try to to go to the victory conditions window and then back out, nothing gets the turn to progress forward

How to reproduce: Load saved game. Finish player turn. When AI turns commence, hit Mimot Brotherhood and get the message the Navigators are destroyed.  The turn will be frozen.

I decided to see if I could also get the freeze, so I downloaded the save in the link and loaded it into the game.  I followed the instructions, and the game froze for me.

It should be repeatable, so someone on the team should be able to find out what caused this and hopefully fix it.

Is there any SLA for how long it takes the dev team to look into bugs like this? I'd love to finish this game :)

It was supposedly fixed a few months ago but I don't think it worked.  I suspect it has something to do with ship range as I I tried to send a ship way out of range and it got hung up at the subspace gate.  I think it ran out of move points in the subspace tunnel? It was weird and I should've saved the game.

As best I can tell from playing is it might run out of range but as from entry to exit it cost one move point.

To be clear the movement from entry to exit is one movement point.

Now GC3 you could finish a turn inside a hyper lane but the cost in 4 is one point. 

Now if you are talking about the late game you build it hyper lane then you have a problem that is easily solved.

Take the Odin Cursed things out of the game.

The turn stuck which got fixed was one where the turn would stick while the hyper lane was in view of the player.

Try one of your saves that you are getting stuck on (you have said it is repeatable) make sure the ship is not in view during it's turn. If it gets stuck this is a different bug.

I have never had this happen not since the fix to the original stuck in hyperspace bug, since the fix nada.

I do not watch my ships move when on multi turn trips and never watch them through a hyperlane.

I also do not have fast movement on.
