I just checked out the link, and it goes to the intended page. Give it another go...and try clearing your browser's history and cookies.
So it would appear I am having some issues on my end, yes. My apologies, I did finally get to the site by just clicking around. Then I made the purchase a "gift" to myself, and cannot find any instructions to use or even access it. Rofl, I am sure it is me, but I have checked the spam folders, inbox, and I get the invoice, but when I click the "manage orders" link, it asks for my email and just sends it again. Caught in a loop I am.
Update: Disabling all my addons in Chrome and clearing the cache got me through where I need to be. I only use a couple, but I think uBlock Origin was acting weird because I had a few windows, with 40-50 tabs each open. It was really subtle at first, and seemed to only be affecting the Stardock site from a couple of cursoring refreshes of some other random tabs.

False advertisement.
The prices are quoted above are in USD. Purchases from elsewhere will have exchange rate factors (you never get the current exchange rate as buy vs sell differ) and local taxes applied.
VAT will be the biggest additional factor in EU countries.
