Windows Blinds 11 Will not install

I am trying to install various Object Desktop apps onto Win 11. Every time I open Object Desktop it tells me that Windows Blinds 11 needs to be updated. When I tell it to update it downloads and installs the complete app and tells me to reboot. I reboot and it immediately displays Object Desktop and tells me it needs updating. I have cleared the cache and cookies as well as uninstalled Windows Blinds 11. No change except the 'Update' status changes to 'Install'.
