Core Neutral?

You have it in the description of the game... What does "Core Neutral" mean? i get 64bit... but what does the other mean? I feel like its a disguised single core comment.

I'm assuming it's just a way of saying that the new engine doesn't make use of Intel, AMD, or NVIDIA exclusive technologies.
