After 3.11, no longer loads

It appears Stardock only provides support through this forum, so here goes:

Since updating to 3.11, Ashes of the Singularity no longer starts on my computer.

If I select the game from the desktop, it connects to Steam and then the “splash” screen loads, but when I press “Play”, the splash screen disappears and nothing happens.

The game worked fine the day before the update and has not worked since the update.

Windows 7 Professional edition.

I have the same problem. I also use win 7 pro worked fine till patch 3.11. Now no longer load of Ashes...

Please solve this as soon as possible. I am a great fan and would be happy if you create more new stuff for this great game.

I have heard that also win 8.1 has a problem.

Hope you will fix this soon !!!!!!!
