Start Menu UI Overlaps Icons and Text

I was in the process of creating a theme when suddenly, every part of my start menu started overlapping all of the buttons, icons, text, and other UI elements. This makes them impossible to click and mostly impossible to see. Is there any known way to reverse this? I'm not entirely sure how it started, but I had saved some random start menu elements that I had saved with no changes to them, and the current start menu top part is a gif. Also, I checked and this is only an issue with the current theme I'm creating, and not others since I made sure to test.
Start menu also notably instantly pops up before text is able to scroll.

Extra notes:
Buttons seem to appear exactly one time after I apply the skin and then break every subsequent time I attempt to open the start menu.
Start menu window extends 2 pixels to the right when opened, for some reason.
"Search programs and files" button shows quickly before disappearing again after moving, and appears on top of the layers until it finishes moving.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure what is the issue, but from your screenshot I see your startbutton is way too long.

Update 2: Figured out the issue! For some reason, animated images as a whole seem to break the start menu. Haven't tested with other things but it definitely happens when making the "Top part" element animated. is this intentional and/or can it be potentially fixed in the future?
