1. Windows 7,8, 10 or 11, and its version you trying to install Tiles 2 on? Use Winver.exe to get Windows full version numbers.
2. Are you running ARM type CPU? (Not AMD or Intel CPU)

I believe Tiles 2 is not yet fully compatible with Windows 11 : You can refer here to get which Stardock Software is compatible with Windows 11 : https://forums.stardock.com/505717/stardock-app-compatibility

if that is the case is there a possibility to refund may payment sir? or to be swap to other product that is compatible to my current windows 11..

For refund, please raise support ticket using the link below. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed.
