Seems like Start11 v1.24 broke Curtains TB "Transparent" setting

This started immediately after installing the new Start11:

It doesn't seem to matter how the TB transparency is set within Start11, merely that Curtains is set to "Transparent".

 

I can "fix" it by setting TB transparency to "0" in Start11, and setting Curtains transparency mode to "none":

P.S. - Interestingly, the Curtains "Blur" mode seems to still work correctly.

As an additional note:

I'm also seeing the TB transparency failure in WB.  After seeing that and thinking other people would be yelling, I uninstalled Start11, ran the purge routine, and re-installed Start11.

It didn't help.  I've check it on three different sign-ins - my usual limited, my seldom-used limited, and my Admin.

I'm not being impatient, just felt it would be worth adding.
