help me to fix Tiles

so after a long time i'm triying to fix again my Tiles 2 problems. These are two:

  1. can't drag with shift + right click any windows to a tile's page
  2. can't drag files to pages as shortcuts

i already followed some instructions like reinstalling and restart, use the purge files, clean boot etc. Nothing changes but when tried to boot windows in safe mode actually tiles worked fine! so the problem isn't apparently in my startup programs and services commonly running (because my clean boot didn't do anything to fix Tiles), hence i need to know what things safe mode disabled from a normal or clean boot to try detect the source of my problem...

 

any help appreciated!! :D

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know you on Windows 10 or 11? And its full version number please. Use Winver.exe to get those numbers.

ok, so i finally decided to reinstall windows 10 and delete all configs and apps, and now tiles works fine... but i'm afraid that thi will be just temporary... what kind of measures could i do to avoid this happening again?? v_v
