Diplo screen monthly credit error & upgrade arrow on Nail ships

Hi.

On the Diplomacy screen the value of the available credit and monthly credit have the same value on both fields.

Update. Seems I cannot make any new topics to report bugs so adding a second bug in this post.

The Nail ships when ready to upgrade do not show the up arrow. It upgrades as normal of course when double click the item or press Upgrade button.
