can't attach shortcuts to bar, nor add windows with shift + click

this happened after a while when Tiles was installed

When i move that folder to the bottom of the bar for example i got a black "no symbol" in every page of tiles bar. Also i cant freely choose what programs i want in specific pages of the bar because the shift+left click only works in certain pages configurated to allow the programs listed in options, which makes grabbing manually the programs pretty useless because that config adds the programs to the bar automatically.

How can i freely choose what windows and programs are on the pages i want, and how i repair the non working shortcut function??

Ty in advance,

jorge.

P.D. i also did the reinstallation with the Purge-tiles folder, reboot the PC and that but the problem still persists.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. You on Windows 10 or 11? And need its full version numbers please. You can use Winver.exe to get it. Also need Tiles version number please. Also, please post a video grab on your issue here.

Thanks

Is Tiles 2 the version i'am using.

Plz ignore the weird effects of the video: its only a visual thing from the recorder

UPDATE: certain programs the grab works like the stradock object desktop menu, but browser or explorer folders dont, office programs, etc

Thanks for the video. From what I see it should not be an issue just by clicking and dragging that zip files into Tiles. I have tested it on my pc and it work everytime. Please try uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot and retest. Report back here.

Thank you,
