Less tedium in exploring

It is extremely tedius to have to move any ship that is "exploring" to check whether a monster, etc. is encountered.

I suggest that the player be allowed to plot a trajectory, and that whenever anything dangerous appears movement is stopped and the player is advised.    Make it a toggle so that the player can decide whether to be cautious.

É extremamente tedioso ter que mover qualquer nave que esteja "explorando" para verificar se um monstro, etc. é encontrado.

Eu sugiro que o jogador seja autorizado a traçar uma trajetória, e que sempre que algo perigoso aparecer, o movimento seja interrompido e o jogador seja avisado. Faça uma alternância para que o jogador possa decidir se deve ser cauteloso.

I've been under the assumption that an auto-stop-on-enemy-vision would make it in at some point..

Yep, treasure hunts and research projects are untenable if you have any hostiles in your sector. There is no way to keep them safe. And if you don't have a strong command ship, those hostiles are going to be there quite a long time.
