Anybody experience this (ObjectDock)? Need help.

With OD up and running WMP (full or skin mode and just these two), if I move my mouse around my CPU usage jumps up to 80-100% until I stop moving it. I usually use the skin mode which you can see if you click on my name. If I'm watching certain videos it will stutter. When I close ObjectDock, it will not go above 25% moving my mouse and no higher than 10% just sitting there. This is with both engines.

I reinstalled WMP and I doubt reinstalling OD will help. My crappy MX440 should be able to handle it. XP Pro, AMD2200+ plus and 512 PC2700.

OD should use 0 cpu cycles unless you mouse into it,then it grabs a bunch to do the animation.Dont know why your having problems while WMP is running.

I realize the CPU usage would jump up moving the mouse over it, but this happens when WMP is up and I move my mouse anywhere on the screen digital_trucker.

Alright, well I made this thread too quick before checking task manager. It's CursorXP hogging up the CPU. CursorXP alone will take up 30+% of CPU usage when moving the mouse anywhere. This is with WMP up . It's fine with CursorXP disabled.

Anybody heard of conflicts between the two? Uninstalling didn't help at all. Suggestions?

You know I've noticed that recently too, CursorXP will be spiking like crazy. I guess I'll just turn it off, I can live without it.

Seems your right,WMP and cursor XP do cause a 30% spike. But it dosnt have any detrimental effects on system performance so I never noticed it.Dosnt seem to be a problem really.

Wish I could say the same I.R.. I'm hitting 100% and taking a real performance hit. Can't run CursorXP. You can see it on Sysmetrix if you click on my name.
