Cant start the game

Cant access user data folder

When i start the game i get an error pop up message that says.

I could play the game last night.

I am experiencing the same error. Complete purge and reinstall has not fix the error.

This might be a permissions issue or something wrong with the client.

ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

Schism Navigator, I've verified my folder permissions. Logged in user account has full permissions of GCIV program folder and folder within Documents/My Games.
