Problem with "Activate on Hotkey" and "Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys should switch pages".

Hello,

"Activate on Hotkey" and "Ctrl + Alt + Arrow keys should switch pages" do not work in my case.
I have no problem setting shortcut keys for other applications.
Any ideas?

Best regards,
Claudio

Hello AzDude,

I followed the instructions in the "Purge and Re-install" section and the problem persists.
I even tried to create a new local user on the system and it failed there too.
I also tried with an administrator user, elevating privileges when starting Tiles and it doesn't work either.

Does it work correctly for you?
I ask because I wouldn't want to waste time trying to get something to work that doesn't work for anyone.

Regards,
Claudio

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, the default hotkeys work on my system. Does it not work on yours? The default "Ctrl + Numpad 1" slide out the tiles bar (make it active) and "Ctrl+Alt+Arrow keys" changes the pages. If it don't work on your system. It might because those hotkeys is conflicting with other software hotkeys?

Thanks

I also have the same problem.

"Ctrl + Alt + Arrow" works fine

While ""Activate on Hotkey" doesn't work, no matter what hotkey I set.

Can you help me?

Thanks

Hello,

I tested it on my Windows 10 same version as yours and it is working. I believe you need to have autohide turn on.

Thank you,

I have already tried this.

Same problem.

Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
