Mystery History

For some reason, I am having difficulty changing a window title bar from opaque to transparent so that it stays transparent in Curtains, but when I load it up into curtains, it changes from transparent to opaque. I don't know why it does this. It seems to happen when the taskbar stays with the default Windows 10 theme. Sometimes I can get the transparency to show itself up if I I modify somebody else's theme, but I have lost interest in modifying other themes and just want to create new ones on my own, or modify my own themes. It's a tricky thing, and I am not sure how to demonstrate this with a screenshot, but I ask, has anyone else had this issue as well? And how did you solve it? Thanks again!

You do need to have this box checked in the Curtains edit section for the titlebars to be transparent:

Hi. I am using Win 10 20H2, fall 2020 update.............Curtains 1.19. I am trying to create a theme called "Serenity State". I have not been able to get the title bar transparent on various open windows. Not the taskbar and not the start menu.

I will try out Dave's suggestion. Don't know why I didn't notice that item before. Anyway, thanks much.

And thank you Dave for your kind suggestion and advice. The best day ever for all the folks in this community!
